Episode 92: The RockNPod Interviews - Volume 3 (The Final Chapter)

Here it is, PLUGGERS!!!  The FINAL episode containing our Rock N' Pod interviews.  And Bushy has to be honest, this episode SHOULD be titled the Metal Mike Podcast!  

 

We open the show continuing our talk about being on Broadway, and the LOVELY Dakota!  Big love to her band..."Band of Gypsies"!

 

We talk about all that Nashville "DONK"!

 

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?  Of COURSE we have to bash THAT institution!  Because Metal Mike and The Vernomatic (Metal Mayhem ROC) talk to Pat Gesualdo, founder of the Metal Hall Of Fame!!!

 

From there, we go down the Iron Maiden rabbit hole (Dianno/Dickinson).  And that OTHER rabbit hole, Van Halen (Roth/Hagar).

 

Then, Metal Mike and The Vernomatic sit down with Brandon Cook of Black N' Blue fame.

 

Somehow, we end up in the Professional Wrestling rabbit hole...weird.

Episode 91: The Abby K Interview

This time around, Bushy and Metal Mike get to sit down with the Abby K band.  Now, this is an up and coming band that DESERVES recognition!  An AMAZING 3 piece band, Abby on bass/vocals, Diego on guitar, Zack on drums!  Flying the banner for old school rock/metal!

 

They took the time to talk to us while LITERALLY on the road!  Meaning, they were driving to Philadelphia, PA, when we conducted this interview!  Great stories, and tributes to the old school rock/metal that we all love!

 

Also, we talk about the 30th Anniversary of the "Black Album" by Metallica!  We have some Megadeth talk.  Some KISS talk.  Even some Bon Jovi talk.

 

We discuss the Heavy Metal Hall of Fame, which leads to the aforementioned, as well as Iron Maiden!  All around a great episode, anchored by an even better band interview!

This week, Bushy and Metal Mike sit down and bring the second set of our interviews from the Nashville RockNPod Expo 2021!  What a great time this was!!!  Metal Mike went solo-ish!!!!  LOL!  With help from our brother from another mother, the Vernomatic aka John Verno, we hear from Craig Gass!  Metal Mike goes all fan girl with Jack Gibson, bassist from Exodus!  We also talk to up and coming band, Native Sons!!!
